writing when I should be sleeping
Tuesday, February 14, 2006
I am up to the end of my hair in readings for a particular subject that I felt necessary but is not really interested in. It blows big time but things are looking up apparently, I get an excuse to go back home briefly next week to gobble Singaporean food and missed another class which I am not too inclined because of an interview. I know, I know, that it is hurting my budget for this term and that missing a class is not doing me any good. But hey, its an interview with a company that I am interested in and I get to spend some quality time with my girlfriend. But it will be tough juggling my syndicate commitments. Argh.
The holidays has been great at lifting the gloomy veil that shadowed me for the third semester where I was often sick from the freaky Melbourne weather, and sick with the amount of work that has to be done in combination with the difficult job search.
The holidays with meeting with alumnis, and potential employers has helped to reduce the panic situation of a graduating and poor MBA student. And the study trip to Shanghai was rejuvenating to say the least.
Well, I just thought I post something when I am still in a cheery mood beofre the mountains of readings get to me again. :)
